  Dispersion Coatings
   

Our dispersion coatings have been created with the mission to guarantee the printer a trouble-free and profitable printing result. It is, therefore, our aim to optimise and improve the quality of our current coating systems constantly:

 
 - Inline protection coatings for printing without set off powder and to improve rub resistance.
 - Gloss and high gloss coatings for paper and cardboard via coating units and reversible dampening / coating units
 - Coatings for water-repellent and grease resistant surfaces with direct contact to food (BGA- and FDA-approval)
 -

Blister coating via coating unit and reversible dampening / coating units.

 - Gold and silver coatings via double coating units whereas in the first unit a quickly-drying dispersion coating and in the second unit a water-based effect coating is applied.
 -

Coatings to be applied on paper and cardboards on both sides
